Consisting of 6 separate races, Dawn to Dusk begins with a standalone 1.5hr Little Uns & Mini Junior Race on the Saturday, then onto our 2 hr youth race and then progresses as dusk falls to the gruelling 24, 12, 10 and 6 hour solo and team enduro events.

A number of well known racers have taken part over recent years, including many British & international champions. Other notable entrants have included the Legendary Dakar Racers Cyril Despres and Alfie Cox. More recently comedian and all-round bike nut Ross Noble, along with Charley Boorman raced in Dawn to Dusk in preparation and training for his assault on the 2006 Dakar.

Nick Plumb at Adventure Bike Store Ltd formally known as Touratech UK is the brains behind the iconic event. Completing in the Dakar Rally 4 times (finishing twice) along with many other international rally’s and extreme events (Red Bull Romanics & Erzberg Rodeo) Nick & Touratech Ltd were instrumental in the planning and kiting of Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman’s BMW G1200ADV bikes for the Long Way Round & Long Way Down.
