Race Start: 7:00PM approx. (bottom of MX track) riders must be on the start line at 6:30pm
Night lap: Shorted course or 5-7 miles from 7:00pm, full course opens at 6:00am
12hr:

Youth Race:

Riders briefing: 9:45am on startline (bottom of MX track) ALL riders must attend
Race Start: 10:00am approx. (bottom of MX track) riders must be on the start line at 9:30am
Funduro Rodeo:
Signing on: 11:00am Saturday 27th August, Closes 12:30pm (in main marquee)
Scrutineering: 12:45pm on startline (bottom of MX track) ALL riders must attend
Riders briefing: 12:45pm on startline (bottom of MX track) ALL riders must attend
Race Start: 1:00pm approx. (bottom of MX track) riders must be on the start line at 12:30pm
Mile Markers:
Riders are to ignore the mile markers through the night stage or the 24hr, as the markers represent the full day loop.
Rider Change Over:
Riders can only change transponders in the pits, failure to do so may result in a penalty (1 bike out on the track at a time)
Holding area:
Holding area will open at 2:00pm (bottom of MX track) to be classed a finished you must cross the finishline after the chequered flag.If you are in the pits you will have to complete a full lap in order to be classed a finisher.
Finish:
The chequered flag will come out for the overall leader of the 24hr just before or after 7pm.
Rider’s presentation:
In the main marquee one hour after the last rider finishes, 8:30pm-9:00pm
Minibus:
A free minibus service will be available all day on Sunday for spectators to view different aspects of the track, there will be one drop off point at the “quarry”
Petrol & Shops:
The closest town for shops and fuel stations is the town of Glynneath (3 miles away)
Directions: out onto main road, Turn right until you reach the traffic lights, turn right, ½ mile on the right.
